Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Administrator to join our Production Engineering team at Fugro NL Services B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including monitoring and acting on Production Engineering and Workshop Transmittal email inboxes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative duties of monitoring and acting on Production Engineering and Workshop Transmittal email inboxes.
  • Print, stamp, and collate production drawings.
  • Assist Production Engineers as and when required with supplier/procurement/design/workshop enquiries or queries and Purchase requests.
  • Work closely with the Workshop department to maintain and update schedules of workshop staff and materials using an internal registry.
  • Carry out some of these tasks on a newly implemented software system called Wrike.

Requirements

  • Experience in an Engineering, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical background.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
