About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Be flexible and adapt to tasks across various areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, and kitchen
  • Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
  • Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations
  • Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
  • Confidence in challenging the way things are done and ensuring customers follow company policies and standards
