About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the Help Desk, managing and supporting the Help Desk supervisor, and overseeing the management of Helpdesk Co-ordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the Help Desk supervisor
  • Manage Helpdesk Co-ordinators, including disciplinaries and appraisals
  • Attend and participate in Operations meetings and monthly meetings with the Managing Director
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to discuss helpdesk issues, progress, and process
  • Oversee quotes and ensure the co-ordinators are on top of jobs

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with Facilities Helpdesk Management experience, ideally within the retail sector. You should be a passionate and aspiring person who can provide full Help Desk Management and Supervision to the team.
