Facilities Help Desk Manager

Adore Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facilities Help Desk Manager to join a growing company based in Basildon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Help Desk, ensuring efficient processes and providing motivational support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Helpdesk Co-ordinators, including disciplinaries and working with HR and Managing Director
  • Appraisals for Help Desk staff
  • Attend and participate in Operations meetings and monthly meetings with Managing Director to report on Help Desk targets, progress, and any issues

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Facilities Helpdesk Manager
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work closely with Operations Manager to discuss helpdesk issues, progress, and process
