Facilities Help Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Help Desk Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and support the Help Desk supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Oversee the management of Help Desk Co-ordinators, including disciplinary actions in conjunction with HR and the Managing Director.
  3. Conduct regular appraisals for Help Desk staff to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  4. Attend and participate in Operations meetings and monthly meetings with the Managing Director to discuss Help Desk targets, progress, and any issues.
  5. Hold weekly/monthly meetings with Help Desk staff to discuss client progress and any issues.
  6. Work closely with the Operations Manager to train new and existing staff.
  7. Attend weekly/fortnightly meetings with the Operations Manager to discuss Help Desk issues, progress, and process.
