Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As an After Sales Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of after sales service are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and informational requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the Aftercare Support Team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Produce and follow up on quotations, as well as assist with customer inquiries and maintenance agreements.
- Assist with the preparation and review of Risk and Method Statements.
- Perform general office duties, including copying and producing documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
