Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant Data Services team. This role is ideally suited to those seeking a position that fits perfectly around school hours or other daytime commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls from suppliers and customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving any issues.
  • Collect meter readings, schedule appointments, and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as generating customer letters through our internal systems.

Requirements

  • Good level of education (minimum GCSE level including English & Maths or equivalent).
  • Excellent telephone manner and previous customer service experience (ideally telephone based making outbound calls or customer facing).
  • Call centre experience is a bonus.
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative.
  • Good organisational and administrational skills.
