About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to meet and exceed sales targets by selling Sky products and services to customers.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to customers' needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support to colleagues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Products and Services: Stay informed about Sky's products and services, including new features and promotions, to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
