Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the sponsorship sales team to develop targeted campaigns that align with sales goals
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness and ROI
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, and landing pages
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering regular reports to stakeholders
- Support delegate acquisition and retention efforts through targeted marketing initiatives
- Develop strategies to engage past attendees and attract new delegates to events
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand messaging and quality are consistent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar campaign/marketing lead generation position
- Proven experience in lead generation and marketing campaign management, preferably within the B2B events industry
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, including Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and Salesforce
- Data management experience and knowledge of GDPR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
