Support Worker Opportunity in Fleetwood

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Relief Housing Support Worker in Fleetwood, Blackpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including medication oversight
  • Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as budgeting and tenancy maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with service users' family, support network, and involved professionals

As a Relief/Bank staff member, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule and work in services local to you. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff and service users.
