Relief Housing Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Housing Support Worker in Fleetwood, Blackpool. As a Relief Housing Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including medication oversight
  • Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as budgeting and tenancy maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with service users' family, support network, and involved professionals

Experience in providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs is essential for this role. As a Relief/Bank staff member, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you and work in services local to you.
