**Job Summary**

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill our Relief Housing Support Worker role. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with service users, fostering a sense of security and confidence.
  • Perform administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of duties.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, helping them navigate life's challenges.
  • Oversee medication management, ensuring the health and safety of service users.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including budgeting, tenancy maintenance, and other essential activities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with service users' family, support networks, and involved professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs is essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, choosing shifts that suit your schedule and working in services local to you.
