Creative Support is seeking a compassionate individual to fill the role of Relief Support Specialist in Housing, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to individuals facing mental health challenges and complex needs.

This position is ideal for those looking to embark on a rewarding career in the mental health sector. We are in search of a friendly and approachable person who can establish meaningful connections with the individuals we assist.

Key Responsibilities:


• Cultivating and maintaining warm, trusting relationships with service users,

• Performing essential administrative tasks,

• Offering emotional support to service users,

• Overseeing medication management,

• Assisting with daily living activities, including budgeting and tenancy upkeep,

• Engaging and building strong connections with the families, support networks, and professionals involved with service users.

Prior experience in providing care and support to individuals with mental health needs is crucial for this position. One of the advantages of joining Creative Support as a Relief/Bank staff member is the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule while working in local services.
