As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

You will work closely with our service users, building strong relationships and providing emotional support, as well as assisting with daily living tasks and medication oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Supporting with daily living tasks, including budgeting and tenancy maintenance
  • Communicating effectively with service users' family, support network, and involved professionals
