Fleetwood Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care - Liverpool. As a Support Worker, you will be working with children and young people who require support with their daily lives. This may include emotional, behavioural, or learning difficulties. You will be required to have at least 1 year of UK experience working in a similar role. The positions are on a 2:1 basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the highest quality of care for our children and young people, assisting them in reaching their full potential.
• Safeguard the children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Promote education, independent living, and maintain a healthy home environment.
• Provide detailed written notes for each shift.
• Liaise with professionals in a professional manner.
• Uphold essential safeguarding practices.
• Communicate effectively with service users and professionals.
Requirements
• Child and Adult DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in a similar role (1 year UK experience).
• References covering the last 3 years.
• Willingness to travel to different areas.
