Job Title: Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Pegasus Search and Selection. As a Cost Manager, you will be responsible for administering contracts, providing accurate project cost monitoring, and collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in projects and programmes.
  • Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and contract management skills.
  • Experience of working on infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, or highways sectors.
  • Valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting skills.
  • Collaborative approach and best-for-project attitude.
  • People management and commission management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject.
  • Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • Full RTW in the UK with no sponsorship needed.
