Job Title: Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in civils, structural, and architectural works. You will be responsible for leading clients through all stages of projects, from feasibility to post-contract, ensuring value for clients.

You will have excellent technical skills, including strong measurement and cost planning expertise, and experience with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts. Commercially astute with good negotiation skills, you will be able to work as part of a team and take ownership for your element of delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality cost management services to clients
  • Lead clients through all stages of projects, from feasibility to post-contract
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to maximize operational and financial performance
  • Manage and mitigate financial risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying
  • Chartered with the RICS or equivalent
  • Strong measurement and cost planning expertise (NRM2)
  • JCT/NEC/FIDIC experience
  • Commercially astute with good negotiation skills
