The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business by engaging with prospective customers and generating qualified leads for our Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns, and managing inbound inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients to showcase Druva's capabilities.
  • Manage the inbound lead process to maximize conversion rates and pipeline development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Druva's offerings and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, interactions, and prospect information within our CRM system.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of proven experience as an SDR in a technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing solutions and SaaS business models is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), communication channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom), and outreach automation software (e.g., Salesloft).
  • Ability to translate technical features into compelling business benefits for prospects.
  • A strong desire to learn and master a comprehensive sales process within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
