Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator at Care UK. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and meaningful activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless delivery of activities and services
- Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' preferences and abilities
- Source and procure materials and resources required for activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and activity planning
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
