  • Facilitate smooth communication between project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security protocols including BPSS and SC clearance requirements.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required to support the technical team, leveraging expertise in administrative coordination.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative roles within technical or defence environments, with a strong focus on organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, coupled with proficiency in using various administrative tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a security clearance at BPSS and SC levels, along with adherence to ITAR and UK eyes-only policies.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Frimley, with a passion for administrative coordination in the defence industry.
