Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent care to our patients by developing, planning, and implementing activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement co-produced, personalized activity programmes that are occupationally balanced, risk-assessed, and fully resourced.
- Provide activities to patients across various service lines within the hospital, including those with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
- Work closely with the Nursing Team and Occupational Therapy team to deliver meaningful activities to patients.
- Complete interest checklists with individuals to identify their activity preferences and contribute towards the planning, coordination, and delivery of personalized therapeutic activity programmes.
- Ensure the provision of staff, space, and materials for all activities and share information effectively and concisely in routine situations.
- Strong career progression opportunities, including into management roles.
