About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Woking/Woking Lodge. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients by developing, planning, and implementing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement co-produced, personalized activity programs that are occupationally balanced, risk-assessed, and fully resourced.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team, occupational therapy team, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful activities to patients.
- Conduct interest checklists with individuals to identify their activity preferences and contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of therapeutic activity programs.
- Ensure the provision of staff, space, and materials for all activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Share information effectively and concisely with colleagues and other stakeholders.

About Us
Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of mental health services in the UK, with a wide range of services for individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities. Our Woking/Woking Lodge hospital offers a 93-bedded environment with various wards, including locked rehab wards, low secure services, acute wards, and a PICU. We have a dedicated team of qualified OTs, OTAs, and Activity Coordinators supporting the activities around the hospital.
