Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing, planning, and implementing activities for our patients, ensuring they have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities and improve their overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities:- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of personalized therapeutic activity programs within established protocols.
- Create and update activity risk assessments, in relation to timetables.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Develop and maintain a co-produced, personalized activity program that is occupationally balanced, risk-assessed, and fully resourced.
