About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Woking/Woking Lodge. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing, planning, and implementing activities for our patients, ensuring they have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement co-produced, personalized activity programs for patients, ensuring they are occupationally balanced, risk-assessed, and fully resourced.
  • Work closely with the Nursing Team and Occupational Therapy team to deliver meaningful activities to patients, including completing interest checklists, planning and coordinating activity programs, and creating and updating activity risk assessments.
  • Ensure the provision of staff, space, and materials for all activities, and share information effectively with colleagues through daily documentation, meetings, and face-to-face handovers.
