Job Description

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will provide essential support and assistance with day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing and credit control, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Expense Management: Process and reconcile employee expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Produce weekly reports for management, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Management Accounts: Assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support the finance team.
Requirements:
  • At least one year's experience in a similar finance role.
  • Studying or have the desire to study AAT.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
