Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Data Management**: Accurately check and process high volumes of financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate posting and payment.
- **Mailbox Management**: Effectively manage a shared mailbox, sorting and prioritizing emails to ensure efficient handling and resolution.
- **Client Requirements**: Ensure all individual client requirements are met in accordance with our procedures.
- **Refunds and Credits**: Process refunds and credits in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Payment Runs**: Assist with Counsel and Expert payment runs on a rotational basis.
- **Court Fee Invoicing**: Regularly check and post HMCTS Court Fee Invoices on a rotational basis.
- **Unpaid Disbursements**: Focus on reducing unpaid disbursements when time allows.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
