About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and Group Finance Director with the preparation of management accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle VAT returns and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage accruals and prepayments, and make stock adjustments
  • Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to provide valuable insights for decision-making
  • Participate in projects aimed at driving continuous improvements within the finance function
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a newly qualified professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or within a year of achieving your qualifications. You will thrive in an environment that promotes continuous learning and development, offering you the opportunity to expand your skills and grow professionally.
