About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide confidential support to our Scientific Affairs Leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring administrative processes run smoothly, providing general administrative support to team members, and assisting with budget management and tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to 2 Leadership team members, ensuring efficient ways of working
  • Assist with budget management and tracking to ensure accurate information is available to support resourcing decisions
  • Support team events, such as town halls and offsite meetings
  • Carry out administrative tasks that support and drive projects forward
  • Act as a point of contact between team members and internal or external customers
Requirements
  • Experience of providing generalist administrative support to a group
  • Experience in working in a Matrix organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Able to communicate and interact at all levels, with experience of working across diverse and complex customer groups
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including project management skills
  • Comfortable prioritizing work in line with broader team context and functional priorities
