We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at The Integrated Talent Partnership. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing both telephone and in-person inquiries, as well as providing administrative support to our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a professional ambassador to our firm, ensuring a positive experience for visitors.
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and mail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, managing stationery, and data entry.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assist with archiving, retrieving files, and typing for our team members.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Preference for experience working in a professional services environment.
