About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in our Broker Development community. As a key member of our Sales and Distribution leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance customer service outcomes and support the achievement of our current and long-term strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational effectiveness and improve customer service outcomes
  • Collaborate with Heads of Broker Development and the Sales and Distribution leadership team to ensure consistency of process, performance, and delivery
  • Lead on people planning and operational performance, including continuous improvement, change, and process delivery and embedment
  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for business improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and maintain consistent processes and best practices across the Distribution population
Requirements
  • Proven experience in analyzing data trends to identify business improvement opportunities
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Persistency in seeing through and embedding change
  • Previous experience influencing a variety of stakeholder groups across different levels

  • Competitive salary range of £60,000 to £75,000
