Position Overview

As the Reception Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Providing mentorship and assistance to the Reception team, enabling them to reach their full potential and meet departmental goals.

Overseeing the efficient operation of front office activities with a proactive approach.

Ensuring guest satisfaction and creating memorable experiences.

Exhibiting confidence in all facets of guest relations, acknowledging and catering to all guests, including those needing special attention.

Maintaining robust working relationships and effective communication with all departments.

Fulfilling duty manager responsibilities as required.
