Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Bring empathy, sympathy, and sensitivity to every interaction, ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.
  • Support the Patient Journey: Assist patients from referral to discharge, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with consultants and other stakeholders.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Liaise with patients and consultants to book appointments, manage schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage Varied Responsibilities: Create case files, review assessment reports, arrange travel and accommodation for therapists and patients, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
