We are seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing training programs, collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, and ensuring the effective delivery of educational content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking courses and updating the booking system.
  • Maintain training records and provide administrative support.
  • Build excellent relationships with colleagues and managers to provide consistent and robust training services.
  • Work in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager and Director of Aspire Operations on annual and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational or childcare setting.
  • GCSE grade C or Level 4 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
