Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to data protection enquiries, ensuring transparency and a traceable audit trail
  • Manage data protection breaches and minimize risk

  • Coordinate responses to individual rights requests
  • Develop and review Data Sharing Agreements and Data Processing Agreements
  • Promote staff engagement and awareness of data protection matters
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the 'Data Protection Hub' SharePoint site
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Maintain and develop the 'Data Protection Champions' peer group
Requirements
  • A good general standard of education and/or evidence of continued professional development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and CRM systems
  • A formal Data Protection qualification (desirable)
  • A detailed understanding of data protection regulations
  • Experience providing helpdesk support
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision
