Administrative Support Specialist
**Job Summary:**
Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client Events team. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, data analysis skills, and excellent client service skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administration support to the event team delivering events across the UK & Ireland.
* Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with the team, clients, suppliers, internal colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Work closely with the Event Manager, Operations team, and the DHL demo team.
* Manage payments and financial trackers.
* Take minutes and update actions for weekly customer meetings.
**Requirements:**
* Previous administration experience.
* Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent client and customer service skills.
* IT proficient including MS Office packages.
* Strong communication skills.
* Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
**Working Hours:**
9am to 3.30pm (with 30 mins break), Monday to Friday.
**Location:**
Peterborough - Office based.
**Must Have:**
Own transport due to location.
