**Job Summary**
Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to support their client vehicle solutions team. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, data analysis skills, and excellent client and customer service skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly and efficiently, meeting required service levels.
* Provide excellent customer care, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales.
* Maintain the internal database, ensuring computer systems are up to date and accurate.
* Complete trouble shooter duties as required, minimizing impact to customers.
* Develop excellent customer relationships and take ownership of requests and queries.
**Requirements**
* Previous administration experience.
* Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent client and customer service skills.
* IT proficient, including MS Office packages.
* Team player with the ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
**Working Hours**
* 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
* 30-minute break.
**Location**
* Peterborough.
**Pay Rate**
* £11.79 per hour.
