We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Vero HR Ltd, a leading provider of human resources services. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Compliance: Ensure that all HR-related tasks are completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including preparing and issuing job offer packs, maintaining our digital HR self-service platform, and preparing and issuing letters confirming contractual changes.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and issuing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits, including life assurance and other benefits as required.
  • Payroll Support: Work closely with our payroll team to ensure that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Policy Administration: Handle employee and line manager policy queries, and provide guidance on HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Meeting Support: Provide administrative support for meetings, including taking minutes and preparing meeting materials.
  • Data Analysis: Provide data analysis for monthly management reports, including tracking key HR metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant with a proven track record of providing administrative support in an HR environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven HR administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the use of IT, including Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
  • A 'can-do' approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
