ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant atmosphere that enhances the overall care and support provided to our residents. Your proficiency with technology will enable you to collaborate effectively with our community engagement team, forging connections and promoting our care home. Additionally, you will oversee the management of our social media channels to highlight our community initiatives. Our mission is to celebrate life, and you will be instrumental in designing engaging, enjoyable, and motivational activities tailored to diverse interests and abilities. A significant aspect of your role will involve building relationships with residents and their families, allowing you to develop personalized activity programs that prioritize lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social interaction.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
To thrive in this position, you should possess a warm, empathetic demeanor and be approachable. Your strong organizational skills and proactive attitude will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
