About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

About the Position: As a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator, you will work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our care home. You will also be responsible for updating our social media platforms and devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored activities programs focused on maximizing everyone's lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
  • Get to know our residents and their families to create personalized experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our care home.
  • Update our social media platforms to engage with our community.
  • Devise and implement activities that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.

About You: We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and personable individual who is passionate about creating a stimulating environment for our residents. You will need to be highly organized, driven, and able to inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities.
