About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at Barchester care homes. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

You will be responsible for working closely with our community engagement team to develop and implement community links and showcase our care homes. This will involve updating our social media platforms and creating engaging content that highlights the activities and events taking place at our homes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organizational skills and a driven mindset. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.

You will have the opportunity to get to know our residents and their families, and develop tailored activities programs that maximize everyone's lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community links and partnerships
  • Update social media platforms and create engaging content
  • Work closely with the community engagement team to create a stimulating environment
  • Develop and deliver tailored activities programs
  • Build relationships with residents, families, and staff
