About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our care home
  • Update our social media platforms to engage with residents, families, and the wider community
  • Devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability
  • Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social engagement
About You

We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organisational skills and a driven mind-set. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the care home and in the local community.
