About the Role:

As a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, promoting a sense of community and social interaction among residents.

About You:

Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to participate in activities, both within the home and in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Collaborate with the community engagement team to create community links and showcase the home
  • Update the home's social media platforms to promote activities and events
  • Get to know residents and their families to create tailored activity programs
  • Work closely with staff to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
