About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in a modern residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met.
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage participation in community activities, education, and leisure pursuits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in care work or a related field (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts.
  • Driver's license an advantage, but not essential.
