We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiving Professional to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Complex Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to young adults and children with autism, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of prior UK experience as a Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Nurse

  • Valid DBS check and ability to work in the UK
