Bright Futures Care Ltd is in search of enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven individuals to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism. The role is based in a contemporary residence situated in a peaceful neighborhood.
Compensation - £29,719 annually (this includes one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage for this position starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon successful completion of the necessary qualifications.
As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding care for our young adults, comprehend their individual care requirements, organize engaging activities, and empower them to thrive in their daily lives. You will follow a pre-scheduled rota that allows for effective planning and a balanced work-life schedule. Your shifts will consist of full-day shifts (14 hours) along with occasional sleep-in shifts where you will stay overnight at the residence.

Essential Requirements:
