Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Support individuals to access education and activities in their local community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities (full training and induction provided)
  • Driver's license an advantage, but not essential
  • Approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
