Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Support individuals to access education and activities in their local community
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
- Experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities (full training and induction provided)
- Driver's license an advantage, but not essential
- Approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
