Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven individuals to assist four adults in their twenties who experience learning disabilities and autism. The residence is a contemporary home situated in a peaceful neighborhood.
Compensation - £29,719 annually (this includes one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage for this position starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 per hour upon successful completion of the necessary qualifications.
As a Care Assistant, your role will involve delivering the highest quality of support to the residents, understanding their individual care requirements, planning engaging activities, and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. You will follow a pre-scheduled rota that allows for effective planning and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will include full day shifts (14 hours) along with occasional sleep-in shifts where you will stay overnight at the residence.
