We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Mobile Care Home Manager to oversee care facilities in the Belfast region, stepping in during the absence of the primary manager. This role is with one of the UK's foremost healthcare organizations.

**To qualify for this role, you must hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC Pin**

As the Mobile Care Home Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding care to all residents in a secure, inviting, and nurturing environment while driving profitability and enhancing brand visibility through increased occupancy and fee rate growth.
  • Assuming overall accountability for all services and the quality of care provided to residents through a team of well-trained, competent, and motivated staff.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the RQIA, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while representing the home as the Registered Manager.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the home, building a solid reputation within the local community and striving to be the preferred choice for care.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Manager and broader operational support team to drive sales, enhance margins, and develop new services, ensuring consistently positive performance against established KPIs.

The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:

  • Experience in a supervisory capacity within a relevant setting, such as Home Manager or Operations Role.
  • A commitment to promoting and enhancing the highest standards of care for the elderly.
  • Experience in supporting other care services.
  • Familiarity with local and national care standards and regulations for older adults.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

The successful candidate for the Mobile Care Home Manager position will receive a competitive salary of £57,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time role with day shifts. In recognition of your dedication and hard work, you will enjoy a range of generous benefits:
