As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will champion exceptional resident experiences and foster a positive work environment. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding care within a safe, welcoming, and stimulating setting. You will also play a crucial role in driving profitability, brand awareness, and occupancy growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to all residents, creating a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes well-being and happiness.
- Oversee all aspects of service provision, ensuring high standards are maintained through well-trained, competent, and motivated staff.
- Maintain excellent relationships with regulatory bodies, adhering to legal and statutory requirements while representing the home as the Registered Manager.
- Act as an ambassador for the care homes, building strong connections with key stakeholders within the local community and promoting a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and operational support team to achieve sales targets, enhance profitability, and develop new service offerings.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a relevant healthcare setting, such as Home Manager or Operational Lead.
- A strong commitment to delivering the highest quality care for older adults.
- Experience in supporting diverse service needs within a care environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local and national codes of practice relating to elder care.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
