Peripatetic Home Manager Opportunity

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to lead our care homes in the Belfast area and drive excellence in resident care and community engagement.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment. You will work closely with our Regional Manager and operational support team to drive sales, margin growth, and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Represent the home as the Registered Manager, building a strong reputation within the local community and ensuring yours is the local 'home of choice'.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and operational support team to drive sales, margin growth, and new service development.
  • Commit to promoting and developing the highest quality care standards for older people.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national codes of practice relating to the care of older people.
